This Privacy Policy describes how Tiliq ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Tiliq mobile application ("App").
You may continue as a guest or sign in with Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. Each option creates an account identifier used to save progress and operate leaderboards. Google or Apple sign-in can also synchronize progress across supported devices. Depending on the choices you make with Google or Apple, we may receive a display name and email address. Sign in with Apple lets you hide your real email address using Apple's private relay.
Once signed in, the following information is stored in our database (Google Firebase), linked to your account identifier:
We do not collect your real name, phone number, or physical address, and we do not require you to provide any of this information.
Some data (cached copies of the above, plus local-only preferences) is also stored on your device using local storage so the App loads quickly. An internet connection is required to use the App.
If you use the leaderboard or friends features, your nickname, country, and score become visible to other players. Tiliq does not provide chat, posts, comments, photo uploads, or direct messaging. Nicknames are filtered for prohibited content. A flag button next to another player in the world ranking lets you report the profile and hide that player immediately. Reports are sent to our moderation queue for review. You may also remove players from your friends list.
The App uses Unity Ads to display and measure advertisements. Unity may process technical device information, such as IP address and device identifiers, and information about ad delivery and your interactions with ads. Access to the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA) is subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. Without a personalization consent signal, Unity Ads serves contextual ads. You can decline the tracking permission prompt or change iOS tracking access in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Unity also provides privacy controls through the Unity Data Privacy icon shown with its ads. For details, see Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
Install measurement. To learn whether an install came from one of our own Unity Ads campaigns, the App may send your device advertising identifier, platform, and app version once, on first launch, to our attribution server (hosted on Supabase). This happens only when ads are allowed by your consent choices. On iOS it requires the App Tracking Transparency permission; on Android no identifier is sent if you have limited ad personalization or deleted your advertising ID. If the install matches a click on a Unity Ads campaign, we report that install to Unity. We use this information only to measure our ad campaigns.
Tiliq does not currently offer any in-app purchases or subscriptions. All coins and items are earned through gameplay.
We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the App is used and to diagnose crashes. This may include your account identifier, device model, OS version, and in-app events (such as starting a game or making a purchase). This data helps us fix bugs and improve the App.
We do not sell your personal information. We use Google Firebase for account, analytics, and crash services, Unity Ads for advertising, and Supabase to host our install measurement server. Apple and Google provide app store and sign-in services when you use them. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies for the services described above.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account directly in the App: open the Account screen and tap Delete Account, then confirm. This removes the authentication account, public profile, cloud progress, and associated friend links. Local account data is also cleared. If deletion cannot be completed because your login is no longer recent, sign in again and retry. You may contact us using the email below if you need assistance.
Tiliq is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We use industry-standard services (Google Firebase) to store your data and take reasonable measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
